Q: How long does it take to ship an order?
A: Please allow 2-5 business days for processing and packaging orders (I pack every package myself!) A tracking number will be sent out once your order has been dispatched.

Q: What is your refund policy
A: Refunds are offered in the case of an incorrect or faulty product.
Photo proof of defect/damaged item along with your order number/order details must be emailed at shop@thebeaststreet.com
The returned product must be unworn/unused.

A: We are a couple owned small business based in Toronto, Canada!
Q: How often do you release new products?
A: We create up to 2-10 new products every month! Join our newsletter to be notified as soon as updates release!

SHIPPING
- How long does it take to ship an order?
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and packaging orders.
All packages mail out from Toronto, Ontario.
Canada: 5-10 business days. Holidays may delay your order.
USA: 5-20 business days. Holidays may delay your order.
International: 7-30 business days. Holidays may delay your order
- Order hasn't arrived yet.
Please refer to the tracking information for shipment details. If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, make sure to check with your neighbours or building concierge.
- Refund Policy
Refunds are offered only in the case of an incorrect or faulty/broken product upon arrival.

Refunds are not offered if the address on your order are incorrect or if you ordered the wrong item by mistake.
If your order qualifies for a refund, it will be processed in 3- 10 business days.

- Can I use your designs for tattoos?
Unfortunately, as much as would love to tattoo you personally as I have done in the past, I am currently on hiatus from Tattooing due to chronic injury.
Purchase a tattoo ticket for the designs posted in my online shop. All other designs used without a tattoo ticket are considered stolen and used without my permission.
